How it works?

Well-being
With Sblam each of us can become our own reason for smiling: cultivating an active attitude, discovering what we really need, moving to get it, and becoming our own secure base.

Respect
Sblam does not impose a value system because it respects each user and does not discriminate based on religion, ethnicity, disability, social background, biological sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, etc.

Scientific based
Sblam's scientific board is a clinical team of experienced psychologists, psychotherapists, nutritionists, and clinicians.
Why is there a need for sblam?
Over the past decade, the mental health of the population has worsened. In particular, stress, anxiety, depression, social isolation, and insomnia have increased significantly.
In that grey area between clinically coded psychiatric/psychological disorder and total mental well-being, a great possibility opens up for self-work, as long as it is guided and directed with appropriate tools that each individual can use without constraint.
Taking care of one's mind's well-being allows one to improve one's daily life and relationships. If some element of clinically relevant discomfort surfaces, it guarantees a greater awareness and inclination for clinical care.
Our Method

Take 10 minutes a day for your mental well-being!
We reccomend you use Sblam regulary, every day for five or six days a week, rest occasionally 😊

No fix order.
You’re in charge!
Each day choose a journey and a step, and remember that there is no fixed order to follow. Sblam steps and journey can be repeated as many times as you want

Take it easy.
You’re not in a hurry!
Take 2 or 3 minutes to read, listen or watch the content and other 7 or 8 minutes to reflect on it. The exercises will take you about 10 to 15 minutes
Sblam's platform is divided into Journeys that guide you through psychological issues that impact your everyday life.
Through multiple digital channels, such as videos, podcasts, text carousels, and interactive exercises, you can assimilate knowledge about your psychological, emotional, and relational functioning and train yourself in introspection. Journeys are the topics we propose to improve your state of mental well-being and self-awareness. Based on our clinical experience, we have chosen the most popular, necessary, and interesting ones. Each journey consists of several steps you can tackle in the order you prefer because you do not need to follow a specific one. Each step helps to give you a key to your inner world. There are four types of steps: see, in which you will find a video of a speaker explaining that topic; read, in which you will find a carousel of slides to read; listen, in which you will find a podcast to listen to; exercise, in which you will find questions, thought exercises, simulations, and reflections to do. Each kind of step has a specific icon, so it will be easier for you to distinguish them and choose the one you prefer every moment.
